Mitja Leskovar
M&A and corporate finance adviser
Specialises in:

- Strategic and financial advisory
Mitja brings 20 years of experience in financial and business advisory, including management positions at major Slovenian companies and banks.
He advises private and institutional investors on M&A, private equity transactions, corporate finance and business development across South and Central Eastern Europe. With a master’s degree in law and a bachelor’s degree in economics, he combines legal, commercial and financial perspectives.
Tomislav Krleža
Finance, controlling and performance specialist
Specialises in:

Tomislav has 10 years of finance experience, including more than five years at KPMG working on audits, due diligence and M&A.
He subsequently built the controlling function at one of the largest food producers in the Balkans, introducing advanced costing and management reporting. As CFO of the largest poultry producer in Croatia, he focuses on unit economics, cost optimisation, financial planning and performance management.

Viktor specialises in financial modelling, valuation and M&A. He began his career in KPMG Deal Advisory with a focus on financial due diligence, before moving into investment management and senior M&A roles at leading regional companies.
His experience spans transactions, strategic investment and financial planning. A mechanical engineering background, ACCA certification and experience in professional swimming inform his analytical and disciplined approach.
Maja Frank
External Advisor, Accounting & Tax

Maja is a senior accounting professional with over 15 years of experience in financial accounting, payroll, VAT and tax compliance for small and medium-sized businesses.
She provides complete bookkeeping or shared-entry accounting, prepares financial statements and VAT and corporate tax reports, and supervises internal records to ensure accuracy and compliance with Slovenian regulations.
